WEDDING VENUE. Typically the first vendor to hire is your wedding venue. This decision can set the tone for the rest of your wedding style. Also, the venue availability will help in setting your wedding date.
WEDDING ATTIRE. Well, you can’t go naked.
WEDDING PLANNER. We can’t stress this enough – hire a wedding planner. Day of, Month of, or Full planning, any option is better than none. You don’t want to be worrying about timelines and vendors on your wedding day.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER. No two photographers are the same. Decide what style of photography you like and meet with them. If you don’t get a friendly vibe with your photographer, then move on. Find one that you get along with because they follow you the entire day and you should want to be around them on your wedding day.
WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER. The biggest regret of married couples is not hiring a videographer. They are affordable and worth every penny.
WEDDING FLORIST. Nothing beats fresh blooms. At the very least, get a jaw dropping bridal bouquet.
CATERING. A great deal of your wedding is about your guest’s experiences. What menu you select plays a significant role for your guests and your budget.
BAR SERVICE. Sometimes the Catering will also provide bar service. Determine the type of service, what you want served, and learn restrictions of the venue policy.
RENTALS. Discuss with catering, florist, venue, and designer what additional rentals you might need.
ENTERTAINMENT. Be it a DJ or Band, entertainment is a must. Don’t forget to ask about emcee options.
SWEETS. Most couples serve cake, but some are thinking outside the box with donuts, pies, cookies, ice cream, and cotton candy.
WEDDING TRANSPORTATION. Whether just your getaway car or transportation for your guests, make sure you have the logistics on lock.
WOW-FACTOR. Make it a priority to find at least one wow factor that is a show stopper. Examples are champagne carts, specialty rentals, lounge furniture, photo booths, specialty entertainment.
